I only have one pen this week

So everything will be written in red

A scarlet letter, so to speak

Both for the living and the dead

Today’s poem was inspired by Lemm Sissay’s book, Let The Light Pour In. It is a collection of poems that he has been writing daily for over a decade about the morning. They are all four lines long. I bought it today.

My poem is about the red ink in my TWSBI Eco Fountain Pen (not sponsored) – Sacre Coeur – Sacred Heart – Hearts are red – Red ink. I know, it’s a bit of a reach.
