Quality Ingredients

I’m here to advocate for quality

Ingredients that we take in into our bodies

Not the factory farmed

Ultra processed goop that we

Choose to consume

It’s affecting our health

Each day we feel a little worse

Almost as if a curse has been

Placed upon us by a far off

Witch who knows us better than it should

After years of scrolling through its endless feed it’s

Time to cut out the crud

Replace with all things that are good

I’m not saying to go cold turkey

The occasional meme is sure to

Lift you when feeling low

But don’t ingest the anger

The hate, the comparisons or the vitriol

They won’t make anything great

Thoughts

We take in a lot of junk through our phones. We know it but it’s hard to let go.

The 360 tower in Brighton. It opened. It closed. It opened. I applaud anything that gives a fresh perspective.
