Writing everyday
has made me aware
of an entire
year of my life so
as a result I
am grateful for it
The time has still passed
but I was awake

The penultimate poem! I can see tomorrow’s blank page waiting for me, one last time. It is true that stopping each day to write a poem has made me more aware of the passing year. Wasn’t it hot in the summer!
