Fall

They all, fall

Sooner or later

Into the open grave of irrelevance

There was a man

Who thought he was above

And that law didn’t apply

He was the law

Acting with impunity

Invading and subjugating

Putting his name on everything

While people cheered

And wept

And gnashed their teeth

Controlling the mightiest military

The world had ever seen

He would kidnap, rape

And separate families and

Boast about his amazing deeds

He was Nebuchadnezzar

And he is dead

Thoughts

Who did you think I was talking about?

Pic – It makes you think.
