Hope

Hope is a delicate thread

spun from the darkest

recess of your soul

Statistically stronger than steel

yet broken with a careless

word or dismissive gesture

Hope dissolved can fester

into something far worse

So if your hope has

been clipped then pick up

the ends and tie them together

for even knotted and frayed

we can still find a way

Thoughts

Hope springs eternal. That’s all I have to say for today.
