It’s funny
the things that are ingrained
so deep within us
that we only notice
when we question them
It’s like pulling a splinter
from the skin
but the splitter is a belief
that was deposited without permission
and the skin is your psyche
long overdue a rethink
Thoughts
Some things are buried so deeply that we forget they are there. But a smell or a song can take you back in an instant. I travelled back today. Time travel is mad isn’t it?
