Write for yourself. Write the book you want to read. Keep your audience in mind. Who is this aimed at? Cut these words. Add these words. Ten secrets to success. Miscellaneous contradicting advice. Etc..

I seem to be getting a lot of this on my feed. I tend to scroll past it looking for cute dogs.
