How I enjoy your tuneless musings

as they bounce through the air

with the confidence of a

much more talented musician

Your words do not matter

neither does melody

or the hunt of a key

for even if you found it

it would not unlock your soul

for it is already free

See how much joy it brings

you and me

Somebody was singing earlier and it reminded me that the most important part of performing is confidence. She was absolutely going for it with great joy and it enlivened my day. May we all sing like we are winning.
