Is that the sound

of a car door slamming?

Is it coming from my driveway

or from my neighbour instead?

Who is my neighbour

you asked and then

a tale was told

of a man on a journey

who was attacked

and then ignored by

the great and the good

those who offer

easy answers on twitter

while denigrating the

one who came to my aid

Ask him again

if it hasn’t sunk in yet
