I Turned

I turned

  and out

    went my back

      and so

        the race

          to return

        began

      I bend

 then stretch

I twist

and arch

  but the

    damage

  has been

done

I Turned

Thoughts

I was screwing a new phone holder for my bike together when the twinge struck. I hope I caught it in time. I’m going to have a bit more of a stretch to see if I can fix it. Be careful out there kids.

Behold, my shadow self.
