Saintly Path

Let us take a

saintly path

through the woods

down by the lake

lays a snake

that I do not

wish to wake

so for the sake

of my health

I will make a turn

go home and bake

yet soon return

Saintly Path

Thoughts

Sometimes I like to take words for a walk and see how they feel in the mouth. They don’t need to make sense. They just have to taste nice.
